Century 21 John Walton Realtors was founded in 1969 as Big State Real Estate. In 1976, Big State Real Estate joined the Century 21 system and became Century 21 Big State Real Estate and later renamed Century 21 John Walton Realtors as we know it today.
The company is made up of a Relocation Department, an REO Department, a Property Management Department and a 45 agent sales staff equipped to handle residential, commercial, farm & ranch and investment property transactions.
John Walton, owner, is a hands-on broker who is currently serving as the governor appointed Chairman of the Texas Real Estate Commission. His past professional distinctions include President of the Lubbock and the Texas Associations of Realtors. He is also serving as a Director of the National Association of Realtors.
